As far as I know (based on other historians, obviously), the communists killed many, many more German civilians in Poland after taking over, and of the people responsible for murdering them a large majority were, in fact, Jews.

Tons of men, women and even children were imprisoned and murdered, most of whom had no strong connections at all with the nazis. I realize that your view on history may be more than a little onesided, but you should really do some more research before talking out of your ass.

I wouldn't expect Isreal to turn him over, crimes committed or not. He reached a country providing amnesty.
