I think Aruba's perfectly safe, and it was just an unfortunate accident with that girl. I mean come on.. a judge's son?!?
I do not give a second thought to Fox News, nor O'Reilly and his "boycotts" if he/Fox News doesn't get the answers they want form Aruba. :disgust I would go to Puerto Rico, or Cuba before Aruba, but that's because I've wanted to go there for some time. While Aruba might be some place I consider vacationing later in life, what happened with that girl would not dissuade me, no. :pimp |
Fuck this was an isolated incident, how often do you hear about things like this happening in the carribean? Very rare...

I blame bush and the WTO.
Its a conspiracy to stop internet gambling Regards, Lee |
Still a hell of a lot safer than any city in the U.S.
I would have no fear going there, no. As DH said, an extremely isolated incident. -P |
There is less than 1 murder per year in aruba
There is 1 murder per day in certain towns where I live |

Okay, good to see the ppl who replied here have brains. Saw on CNN some crazy US ppl who said it was so unsafe, and the mother of the girl said, the ppl who got released did it. Lol
|
the people saying they wouldnt go,are poor
|
what happened?
|
I wouldn't got to Aruba any more, but that's because I think it's a boring, Americanized country thats like a desert in the middle of the ocean. Curacao is so much nicer...
|
people using that reasoning, better never leave their house.
|
yah, I think so.

Ban Aruba. Ban New York City. Ban Washington DC. Ban Los Angeles. Ban Miami. Ban Hawaii. Ban Baltimore. Ban Chicago. Ban Seattle. Ban Tulsa. Oh wait that would be tough to ban every city or state or country where an American is killed. Okay forget it, ban nothing.
|
It's completely safe to go. Bad things happen everywhere also in Aruba.
