abortion and Roe V Wade
 

Hi,

i just had a debate with a coworker about this but i argue that the outcome of Roe V Wade legalized abortion in the US and in all States , where he claims that states like Ohio and other midwestern states still does allow abortions..

could someone please clear this up for me ?

All Roe v Wade did was that it allowed abortion in all the states based on the notion of the fundamental constitutional right to PRIVACY. Prior to Roe, some states allowed it while many others did not.
