What stops the mobile home park owner from deciding one day to kick you off the lot? Please tell me these people are getting some kind of contract that gives them the right to be on the lot for a certain amount of time.

scary part... he's about 15-20 miles NW of me... its cause he's got that 'ocean view' there are a few of those 'parks' that are right off PCH (pacific coast highway) and are on the cliffs... scary part is another nice big storm and the house is going down the cliff...
