Its so stupid, you wont know the value of the remote unless you lose it. After you lose it you think about the good time, pressing the up and down key and the channel key... :( Then you go all creazy looking under the sofa and ripping shit apart.. :1orglaugh

omg it's hilarious that you just posted that. I just spent the last half hour tearing the house apart to find it in the kitchen. The sad part is that I missed the show I planned to watch because I was so busy looking for the remote, I couldn't just walk over to the tv and change the channel :helpme

thank god for sony products. their remote works for any models.

On my satellite when I lose my remote I can't change channels manually. I hate losing that remote :upsidedow

They should add a page button to the tv like they do for cordless phones.

most of the buttons are there, it would never need a battery, and LOCATE button

yeah.. nothing's worse when you lost your wallet.. and all you can see are your unpaid bills.. ;)

All remotes should come with a locator button on the TV.

Of all the things I lost, my mind is the thing I miss most.

I haven't changed the batteries in my remote since 1998. They are the original batteries it came with.
