I was gonna respond, then I realized you're at the gym and you wouldn't see it.

I'm working on it myself over here....

Week 1 (June 27 - July 3): down 7 lbs
Week 2:(July 4 - July 10): down 3 lbs (so far)

Few more days I'll be at my lowest weight of the past 4-5 years :winkwink:
