Yep sure did. HawgsCash was based around 100% non exclusive content thus it wasnt worth the time and effort to chase down hundreds of producers.

Well, I'm not BossHawg, but I'm guessing that some it was his first 'baby' in the biz, so he just wouldn't give it away to anyone :) Also it could be a pain to transfer all content licenses to the new owner etc. (unless you would prefer to set everything up your way)...

Tranza..I appreciate the offer but HawgsCash is best like it is for us as it would take too much time to transfer anything to anybody, probably more time than it would to track down the non exclusive content producers who we bought content from. So as it is, the members areas are live and rebills are still there, we just are not taking any new joins, etc.. :) I appreciate the offer!

Seeing lack or replies in this thread, I think that this whole 2257 problem was a little bit overrated (at least when compared to tens of scared site owners asking questions 2 days before the deadline) - for those willing to get out of the biz there's no better time than now (I think)...
