How much does an MRI cost?
 

Getting one done today on my knee. Hoping the insurance picks up all the costs, but thats a pipe dream, i'm sure they'll only pay a %

Anyone had one recently?

I've had a few in my life, but insurance always paid for it all..

in montreal you can get it for free after 3 months of waiting, or pay like 600 bucks to have it done privately.

It'll be in the range of 500-1000, depends on how many shots they do and shit.

in canada, i had to wait 3 days, and its covered under ohip :p

Yup I did it without insurance, 1200 for the MRI...
and they charge you 50 extra per reprint of the scan.

yea i had insurance & they pretty much fucked me over last year with a surgery

i'm in good health now so i dropped it....& the car insurance should pay for most of this....i was just curious

BCBS covered mined. But i think they go for like a few hundred at least yo.
