Gotta have it medium rare. Hopefully they serve it with a bleu cheese crust and I've got a good red wine or at least an amazing beer on tap.

Yes been to the Keg in Toronto and in my home town Montreal. Love that place ;-)

Tenderloin serve with cans of cold beer...hmmm, I love this life. :thumbsup

a whole tenderloin, marinated in soysauce, oliveoil, blackpepper, plenty of crushed garlic and an assortment of dried herbs.

Grill whole until medium raw.

Slice a nice piece out of it, serve with baked new potatoes and sourcream with garlic and black pepper.

I can't say I've ever had it with a bleu cheese crust, but i'll give it a shot. I wonder if they have it like that at Peter Luger's or Old Homestead...
