Whats the best/quickest way to get rid of a fat belly?

Well, im far from fat. Its just not as flat as it used to be anymore.
I cant do any diets because i do not want to lose weight anywhere else since im not exactly the biggest person around. Plus i love food so i could never do a real diet.
I have the feeling my belly is too big compared to the rest of my body :/

Gottis 07-04-2005 05:46 PM

500 sit-ups everyday for a month, then every other day for the rest of your life

tungsten 07-04-2005 05:47 PM

eat tons of cheeseburgers and french fries.

its the new diet, it really works.. but you must have like 5 double cheeseburgers per day.

I just started swimming every morning (will take to running when the weather turns cold) and I havn't lost any real amount yet (only been doing it a few days) but I at least feel better throughout the day.

Liposuction!

tony286 07-04-2005 06:06 PM

cardio on a empty stomach, situps, crunches will do nothing but give rock hard abs covered with a lay of fat.

doing situps will build your ab muscles, they wont get rid of fat.

after seeing how skinny you are i would say that you should just lift weights to build the muscle in the rest of your body and eat a lot of healthy foods. if the rest of your body is bigger your stomach will look smaller plus muscle burns more calories than fat.

Regular situps will do. I've been into this exercise for a couple of months now. Goodluck.

sniperwolf 07-04-2005 06:18 PM

sit ups...and dance regularly...good exercis..though i'm too lazy to do this..hehehe

Spunky 07-04-2005 06:57 PM

Diet and go jogging or long walks

Wiggles 07-04-2005 06:57 PM

heres the lazy mans way:

1. wake up
2. drink a cup of coffee
3. eat a muffin or something
4. wait 6 more hours and eat again
5. wait 3 hours from last meal and have coffee and snack
6. go to bed for the night

do that for 2 weeks and no gut, its not healthy in the slightest but works.

Uhm im not sure how long ago you saw me but i gained quite some weight last few months. And also quite some muscles. Going to the gym a few times a week.
I have hard abs but like mentioned above, you cant see them because theres a layer of fat covering them hehe.

Hahaha.. All this wiill do is slow down the metabolism, and aid the fat building process once a person decides to eat again. Eating small portions frequently is the best plan.

The best way to rid the belly is to lay off the alcohol, eat more fruits, fish and vegetables, drink a lot of water, consume the necessary vitamins and minerals, and do some cardio mixed with ab exercises. Crunches along will tighten the muscles, but under a layer of fat. A mix of all these things is the way to the ab's he wants.

A good high-speed heavy-duty angle grinder will achieve fast results. But it may not be too comfy. :Oh crap

I'd suggest a DeWALT!!! :)
