If good means healthy, then it would probably make do if it was the zero fat, sugar ice cream. But to serve as a filling meal? I don't think it would.

whoaa.. never thought people would really reply to this thread.. nweiz, i didn't take it for breakfst as i am afraid to have an upset stomach...hehehe i went hoem and ate rice and pork

vanilla ice cream with some nuts, a shot or 5 of kahlua, cape velvet, or whatever you have in your country (coffee liquor will do), you can throw in a handfull of those frozen berries too

I highly doubt it's a whole lot worse for you than a bowl of some of the most popular kids cereals.

icecreams are cream based so it doesn't hurt your stomach.

Thats so funny that you asked that. This is the first time today in my life I have had ice cream for breakfast. So far im feeling pretty good but I felt tottaly guilty eating it.
