observation.
Yesterday we went out of town to go to a crash up derby event. Very nice area way out in the middle of the mountains in a very quant old victorian town. Had a blast actually and it was very nice since the temp. is a lot lower there. Small little festival, a couple booths, nice vibe, and even some local cheerleader kids trying to sing the national athem. Several heats of derby events, with a mud dash for intermission. Mud dash is taking a bunch of age grouped people who want to participate and have them race across the muddy derby field for a cash prize. Even the local miss "county" ran in her shorts and bikini top (she was turning 19 on the 7th).
Anyways onto the observation. Naturally the crowds had to sit in the raised bench seating of the grandstands. Nearly everyone was also a local so this was not some surprise to them. Now how can women know this and go out to such an event wearing super short skirts? It is bad enough they are pulling on them every few steps as the ride up, but to know you will be sitting in grandstand seating and still wear something like this is beyond me.
