Brazil!

I get so much fucking traffic from Brazil. They all try to actually join, but once they get to the credit card page.... nothing... ever. I've spoken to both epoch and ccbill and neither has a solution for that country.

I read a little about the country's recent history and apparently they do have visa cards and shit, so I dunno. Do they maybe have cell phones so I could do sms billing? Anybody know?

Appreciate any help.
