Anyone know an support forum address, email address or ICQ of the owners of the 2257madeeasy.com software?

I purchased the software and have some questions but i do not seem to find any way to contact anyone.

Now on the site it says that he cannot provide direct support, but they set up a support forum, but there is no link to it, does sanyone know the link?
