Who all is grilling today & what are you grilling?
 

I'm headed to a buddies BBQ in about 2 hours. We're having burgers and brats and LOT's of beer :)

I have some steaks soaking in some sauce right now for tomorrow.

Anyone else grilling today? What are you making?

pork short ribs - soaked in beer for the last 24 hours :thumbsup

Mmmm, ribs sound good. I don't have any good recipes for ribs, so I rarely make them. Any suggestions?

already had deep fried tempura prawns, panko pranws, barb qued prawns,,,,deep fried mushrooms.....later will be kabob prawns and kabob tri tip wrapped in bacon, mushrooms,,,,other kabob stuff,.....all out feast here :P did i mention prawns :P

I made ribs yesterday bought from Costo.. deeefuckinglicious. Today I made burgers. MMMM love the BBQ.

We got Black Grouper filets, Alaskan Salmon overnighted and Mississippi Sweat BBQ Ribs. Sucks to be you :321GFY

not really - I kinda fly by the seat of my pants :winkwink:
soak in beer - put in a bit of sugar (not measured), some salt
then boil and then simmer for 20 min
then throw on the grill put some honey mustard sauce and grill slowly

i put some pork tenderloins in the oven.
we bought a new grill a while ago and haven't used it yet. lol
