I took this pic this week-end.... I'm no pro photographer but I do enjoy playing around sometimes.

It's certainly a thought but as I said, I'm no pro and I really have no interest in shooting models. I've worked with models before and quite frankly, sharks in Florida can be more co-operative.

Did you just set the exposure to 10 seconds and set the camera on a tripod or did you do something else?

Canon Rebel XT on a tripod... yeah.

I had the shutter set to 30 seconds, he was a slow waver....

Anyway, I used a flash burst at first to capture him standing there and then the shutter remained open for 30 seconds to capture the light of the sparkler as he moved it around in the dark.

Heh, he moved a lot actually, the flash though makes it so that the one position is all you see him in :)
