How would you rate this season?

It has been a fairly animated season.

Not as funny as the older ones.. they're trying pretty hard to live up to the old seasons though

still enjoyable to watch!

I agree.

It is still very funny and irreverent. Shows progress in style and content over time - compare the Early Simpsons to now. 4 years have pasted since the first season.

4 years have passed from the 4th season i think

Still a great show. I think the best part of the show is the repeat value they all have. It seems I pick up on a new joke every time I watch an episode again.

They haven't been as good as the old ones, but still real good. I think when guys who create succesful shows take other shows on (American Dad), it dillutes the original.

I agree... I think they are trying to keep it toned down a little bit so they can stay on regular TV

No wonder it's toned down with the latest Gonzales raids...

yea the jew episode never even made it on....that was horrible

one of the best eps ever

Probably just as good if not better than the old ones.

Only one episode this season that I found weak (episode 6)

The Meg makeover one was classic

i havent seen any of this seasons episodes yet so cant judge about this one yet

i will still watch it.

I think the 4th is just as good as the older ones..
