Are there any billing companies that stand by a site's TOS?
 

I mean any? Any 3rd party billers out there that will listen to a site owner over a surfer who agreed to the TOS when they signed up and agreed to the TOS? Or is it pretty much standard that billers ignore the site's TOS and listen to the customer every time no mater thaey are being fed bullshit?

your toss dont matter does not matter what 3rd party billing company you use i have argued with paypal about this a few times you never win :(

Typically they listen to the surfer....all of them :Oh crap

The TOS is totally worthless. If you don't have your policy in big bold print, then it doesn't exist.

Visa/MC doesn't care about the TOS so they don't either !
