Redesign Lil Britney - How Does 2257 Change things ?
 

Woohoo my first kinda 2257 post !!!

I am about to redesign the www.LilBritney.com site... But what images can I use and which ones cant I use ???

As in which ones cant affilaites promote unless they are given documentation ??? I will not give out models id... but at same time want to make a huber sexy design...

I want to include things like topless, bum shots, maybe some pussy shots, sucking on toys, and maybe even soem insertions with toys... But how does the 2257 changes effect this ?

Advice welcome... also any other tips on what should be included in a site design, especially what you affiliates look for ?

uuuh it's on your tour, affiliates only have to wonder about what's on their server, banners, galleries etc not the tour

If you wanna stay on the safe side of 2257, you should only use images originating from non sexual explicit sets. There are different opinions as to what is sexually explicit, but I think you should be safe as long as the sets don't include insertions, masturbation or anything like that. I think a spread pussy could well be sexually explicit too.

However, I think that, as long as you have all docs in order, you shouldn't worry about what shots to use. Just give your affiliates non sexually explicit free content to use and you have no head aches. Tits and ass shots should be fine and should, in fact, be even more teasing to the potential member.

Yes, they can promote you. YOUR design has nothing to do with them.
They can't use thumbnails, full pictures from hardcore sets or anything else explicit on THEIR webserver.

Actually, they CAN, provided they can either supply the proper docs for the sets, or if they're hosted outside of US and aren't US citizens.

Now you confused me again... I actually think TeenGodfather is correct it doesnt matter whats in the TOUR... its how they link to it... so they cant use a sexually explicit thumb for example... the promotional material they use has to comply not the tour it links too...

If they are from the US, they can not use explicit pics to promote you or anyone.. what's on your tour or hosted galleries does not matter to the US webmaster.

If they are outside of the US everything is same as it was 3 months ago.

People outside of US can link anyway they like, and people in the US can if they have proper docs.
