Watermarking TV clips
 

I see alot of sites that watermark videos put their watermarks on commercials & clips from popular tv shows and such. Isn't that considered illegal? I've also seen some sites that will watermark certain videos and then leave out the watermark with certain companies (NBC). There's gotta be some kinda rhyme or reason to this. Anyone know anything about this?
