Investing For Your Retirement
I'm sure some of you have seen this already, but for those that have not ...
If you had purchased $1,000.00 of Nortel stock a couple years ago, it would now be worth $49.00 With Enron, you would have had $16.50 left of the original $1,000.00 With WorldCom, you would have had less than $15.00 left But, if you had purchased $1,000.00 worth of beer one year ago, drank all the beer, then turned in the cans for the aluminum recycling REFUND, you would have had $214.00 Based on the above, current investment advice is to drink heavily and recycle It's called the 401-Keg Plan :winkwink: |
Good plan..I'll stick with high risk mutuals though :glugglug

Sounds good to me. But if you had invested in some mutual funds, you would be riding high.
I have one high risk returning 28% |
I suggest setting up an ING Direct account
www.ingdirect.com put it on auto-draw $1K /week (or what ever you want) - 3% Interest - safe and you don't need to even think about it :2 cents: |
