solid proxy lists
 

hi guys, looking for information on finding GOOD working lists of proxy servers, preferably anything but transparent.

no, i'm not going to spam, and please don't bother posting shit sites that come up on google, because almost all of their proxies do not work.

i don't mind paying for the service, and i don't mind paying for information on finding these lists.
