Would be nice if you guys send out broadcast e-mails so that we can switch to a different cascade in the mean time. Not nice when you hear from potential members that they can't signup.

It appears it is back up.

sign up pages loading.......but still problems with admin here

It's working again now. Seems that they're really on top of the problem this time. It looks like it was a DDos attack. I guess the downtime was due to them figuring out what kind of attack it was, and enabling the right tools to stop it. It takes a while to stop an attack.

Of course that does not mean that they will change the type of attack, and try again, but so far, the time response has been excellent.

I still can't reach the join pages. If this is indeed a DDos attack it is important to take note that this is a holiday weekend in the US. Whoever is starting these attacks appears to have a major issue with CCbill.

I agree with that assessment. Even a tech there the last time it happened said its probably someone who is pissed off. Most likely a cancelled webmaster.

Isn't there a way to find out who is doing this?
