If there is anyone from Traffic Cash Gold online right now.. Contact me ASAP

I posted a message this morning on your forum and I am still waiting for a reply.

TCG kicks ass. But man, sometimes your support need a little kick in the "butt". I requested an address change 6 days ago. I need the changes NOW.

Please contact me on ICQ - 500 3 4 5 7

Thanks guys.

I've never gotten a reply from TCG when I've emailed their support. I tried 3 times, emailed lauralee and BT. Got nothing.

They are my number one sponsor. Their sites kick ass. But sometimes, their support suck. I hate using that word, but it's the second time I have to do this to get their attention. I hate doing that. :(

When I requested an address change, this is the e-mail I received :

"Your request has been submitted to our Support Staff. Your request will
be reviewed and answered in the next 24 to 48 hours. Traffic Cash Gold
will reply directly to the email, entered on the admin form."

That was 6 days ago. Ok, it was friday. I understand that the support team might be off during the weekend. But come on, 6 days later and no changes?

Not even an e-mail telling me they have a million things to do and it might take longer. Communication please.. This is the internet.. :(

Same here, I requested an address change and form of payment change at least twice in the last 30 days and it never got taken care of.

Playa-Deak 06-30-2005 04:18 PM

I did an address change last week and they did it in about 32 hours...

WiredGuy 06-30-2005 04:20 PM

The reason they take a long time for an address change, I presume, is a security issue, to ensure that the person making the request is actually the account owner. Try emailing jay, he should take care of it for you.

I don't think that keeping me in the dark about the changes is a security precaution. I'm not that naive. But let's say that it is really a security precaution. :1orglaugh Tell me, what do they check/verify before doing the changes?

Security precautions = Asking a confirmation from the e-mail owner. And never received such a thing.

Stopped sending them traffic after that.

Our support seems to be lacking if you guys are having that much of a problem contacting us. I am very sorry for that.
BT has shifted some of his focus to other projects and is not overseeing accounts anymore. So, i am sure some correspondence may have been overlooked, this i apologize for.
Jay has recently moved into sales as well as remaining responsible for the account updates and other things concerning compliance. The reason their has been a delay on this end is because Jay is a brand new Daddy to twins that just made their appearance into the world. He has been online from home briefly in the evenings just to check if their are any emergencies.
I apologize for the delay some of you have experienced over this last bit.
Between the in office department changes, and all the other crazy stuff our industry is currently facing- we have apparently let our webmaster support slip.
Again, i am sorry for this and would like the opportunity to prove we are here when you need the help.

I am online everyday and can be reached via email, icq or phone. Please feel free to contact me at anytime.

Laura Lee is a stand up girl. Whenever I have issues I hit her up on ICQ and she ALWAYS helps me out. So I don't know what you are talking about...

It's ok, I sent you an ICQ message when you were online yesterday and received your reply this morning. I understand that sometimes you guys can be extremely busy or personal stuff can happen.

If you guys think there might be some delay with the support, just post a message in the news or send an e-mail to everyone (or at least mention in on your support board). Then we will know why there is a delay and expect one. Being kept in the dark is frustrating.

Thanks Laura. Have a nice day :)

Digipimp 07-01-2005 09:12 AM

You gotta sweet talk Laura Lee, she's always taken the best care of me and I want her!

Furious_Male 07-01-2005 09:13 AM

It sounds like LL is handling affiliate support virtualy on her own. Thats a big task.

Mental note not to bother her for little shit.

You are the best :) I will try not to fracture, cut, strain or otherwise bust myself up this weekend.

You have a safe and great weekend yourself as well. You deserve the break.
