----------I Pod , tunes whatever they call them---------
Yo i need one for the gym. Anybody have the tiny one?
I-mini or something? Holla back at me with recommendations |
Go for the iPod shuffle. You can easily hide it in any pair of spandex or g-string.

Ah yeah... spandex...

Ipods are usually terrible products
I have passed by 3 myself, and have friends as well who had them #1 problem: BATTERY LIFE it also loves to crash for some reason... Get the Creative Zen Micro instead, I heard it's great http://www.nomadworld.com/products/z...nmicro_all.jpg |

I don't know about Napster, but iTunes was created the work with the iPod. That's the biggest strength of the iPod, that it's integrated and built for iTunes so well even a casual PC user can do it.
iPod Shuffle is the way to go. I'd recommend the 1GB over 512MB model, of course. |

I have the Dell Pocket DJ 5GB player, its compact and I now have a padded rubber case for it that's very cool. It never caused any issues. The battery life is a 7 on a 1 to 10 scale. It lasts longer than my phone though :)

" Apple has chosen to keep both iPod and iTunes closed off from Napster and every other music service.Napster's philosophy is different. A Napster subscription gives you more ways to listen on more players for less money." http://www.napster.com/using_napster...d_napster.html http://www.napster.com/images/using_..._dothemath.gif |
There are plenty of products that are almost as good as the ipod. But nothing is quite as good. They have too much momentum when it comes to interface design, ease of usability, control software, and device firmware. The battery life isn't great, but thats the only problem I have. Everybody I know that bought an ipod replica wishes they'd paid the extra money for the ipod.
Here's why you don't want to use the napster service. "For $15 a month, Napster To Go offers unlimited song downloads -- in a copy-restricted format that can be played only on Windows XP computers and some digital music players -- but these songs expire if you don't keep paying that fee each month." |
The thing that makes the Ipod great is its integration with Itunes. Once you get a lot of songs on your unit Itunes makes it easy to manage it all. The new version with the Podcast ability is just awesome.
I have a buddy who borught his new Rio Carbon over the other day and it was just garbage in comparison. The software was a cheap kludge, and navigating a lot of data was impossible. Spend the extra $50 and get the right unit. Check out ipodlounge.com for all the reviews. |
i have both an ipod and an iriver h10, and i definately prefer the h10....
|
I bought a shuffle 1gb last week and I love it....
