Most of that book is not about eating unhealthy food in that sense... it's more about the corporate culture and how the food gets to your tray.

what are you a vegetarian? i dont give a shit how it gets to my tray im only happy with how full i feel after i eat at any fast food chain plain and simple.

I thought the dude was going to croak about 3/4 through the film. Very thorough and strictly regimented. I thought it was great.

Having said that, I still eat McD's and other fast foods in the same frequency of around 1-3x a month.
