Dont rely on it...it sucks...go with Spybot or Adaware.

No it dont suck, mine picked up spyware that adaware (ancient now) and spybot missed, so its very valuable )

Ran it after I downloaded the updates..found nothing as usual..ran BPS and spy subtract and they both found 15 instances..I run them on a daily basis too..you would think Microsoft would invest in a quality removal program

I use both spybot and adaware.

i use 5, still got a trojan nested on my network.. infected my tablet.

You're kidding, right? It may not be perfect... none of them are... but Microsoft finally pulled it's head out of it's ass when they purchased the company that made this.

it uses launcher.exe....look whose spying now.

i personally wouldnt trust MS with antispyware when they are the biggest spyware out there.

The MS spyware program is a hell of a lot better than the other spyware programs. It removes damaging spyware when the others just remove extra BS that doesn't mater.

No possible way any other anti-spyware software can compare. You can run 10 other spyware programs and then MS and MS will remove a ton of extra crap the others missed. When you run MS first then the others it only finds a few non-important things, mostly cookies.
