In despite of all gossips, all warnings, all suspects of scamming, the greenzap drama ends tomorrow, since it´s going to be the day they will allow you to spend your webcash.
It will be simple like this: If you will be able to buy, it works. If not, its a fucking scam. The best I could see for a long time ...

I have to confess that I have no idea about the true nature of it. Anyway, I think I should try, cause if its real, we people could see an amazing example of marketing campaign.

I see scam written all over that site...

I joined up to see what is what with it and I got an email today and they made a phone call to me to verify my info and to inform me of the calculation process. Here is what the email had to say.

Calculating Your Rewardz

The GreenZap pre-registration phase that began on April 2, 2005 is now complete. All rewardz earned over the last 3 months are currently being calculated for distribution.

The calculation process requires GreenZap to verify every Green and Gold Member in the GreenZap community and distribute earned cash and WebCash rewardz accordingly. Our preliminary reports shows over 100,000 people have earned rewardz.

We are taking extraordinary measures to ensure that every GreenZap member is credited for rewardz earned, even for member upgrades received June 30th at 11:59 p.m. PST.

Please note that you will be unable to log into your account while the rewardz calculation is being conducted. It is estimated that the calculation process will be completed by July 7, 2005. At that time, you will be able to view your earned rewardz and request withdrawals based on your available cash balance.

So it will be a week before I will have any idea if they are legit or just a scamming bunch of fuckwads.
So far I have not seen anything to suggest a scam, but one never knows.
