just test drove a 06 bmw 325i
 

Anyone have an 06 model yet? Gonna go back and buy it in a couple weeks, but i'm still open to other models. I like audi's new a4, but haven't had a chance to drive 'er yet. Any other suggestions in the 30-40k range?

love the handling, incredible ride. the v6 is great, although I'd love to get a 5 series but they're a little out of my price range. no pics though, didn't even think of it 'til i was on my way home.

any reasons why?

I have an 330xi and its in the shop today. They gave me a new X3 as a loaner and those things fuckin suck. Its got all the power of the 330 and twice the weight. I actually prefer the 3 series over the 5 series, considering the price difference. However, a new 7 series is hopefully in my future - those are the pimpkrunckledbling of mid-luxury - I'll know I done good.

You'll regret not paying the little extra for the added power and improvements.

if you're buying in 2 weeks, get the beemer for sure!!!! if you can wait another year you can get the beemer as a coupe! 325ci baby, its gonna be crazy! Im personaly waiting for the 330ci to come out next year. I have a 328ci right now and theres no way im switching to a four door. But definatly go for a beemer.

I have one. I love it. Mine was more than the 30-40k range, I dunno how crappy it has to be in order to only cost 30-40k, but if you load it up (navigation, DVD in-dash, 6 disc CD, etc) then it is pretty slick.

You're essentially bragging about being too good for a $30K car. You realize that, right?
