Question about Strongbox and changing host...
 

If I change host and move all my stuff... will it need to be re-installed..?

It can be copied, but will need some configuration updates depending on the structure and setup of your new host. I just moved a site a month or so ago with strongbox. Wasn't too hard to get it going on the new server.

I believe Ray (their support) covers any necessary changes and/or reinstalls.
