xpics are good people from what i have heard, but to address the question:

we possess and maintain full 2257 records and XPAYS SERVES ALL THE CREATIVE and IT IS SOFTCORE AS WELL.

However, if anyone has a valid reason for needing the 2257 records- we can provide them as long as you sign an agreement and meet our compliance litmus test.

Anyone who thinks XPAYS INC, a U.S. Corporation would have released the Paris Hilton Sex Video domesticly without full and proper documentation is plain naive or has another agenda and refuses to give credit where credit is due.

schuster et al.. lots of talented webmasters were their offspring. they got into some visa/mc headaches, stiffed a lot of folks, but that's business and it did not affect us as we do not work other people's programs.
