Just like any board. he can not control it like that. Unless they really want him, then they can just say that he should disable that portion of the board.

GFY doesn't allow attachments, so therefore any pics you post you must hotlink them, therefore you're hosting them, therefore GFY isn't liable based on my understanding of 2257 :2 cents:
