how do you get someone evicted?
 

our neighbour is a cracked out speed freak prostitue, when she is not hanging out of her window fingering us or yelling profanities us she is whoring her skanky ass 45 yr old run down body in her driveway, we live in a "project like" setting where you are only allowed to live there if you have kids, most kids are well behaved as are most adults. and whenever we complain to the landlords, who live 3 cities away they just say "well we will think about it"

she has admitted to being hepatitus A or C positive ( i cant remember what she said in her drunken stooper) but i am sure both are just as bad.

How do we get her out? were afraid she will try to infect one of our kids, ( i have a 3 yr old and a 6 month year old) and yes she is that crazy she would try that just to piss us off and fuck us over.

any advice is most appreciated

i dont bring in my personal crap into this board becaue everyone is normally a dick or just trying to say anything stupid to get the next point on there post count but am in desperate need to know what we can do to get her the fuck outa here for protection of my 2 kids.

these are my 2 kids, awesome as hell.. a bunch of you guys on this board know my kids so you know what i am talking about..

dont suggest that we move either, that is not an option for us at the monet and i would rather have her gone so she doesnt hurt any other kids or families who live here, i would like her gone from here

I don't know. My mom's been in court for 10 months trying to get rid of an unpaying tenant... so far court has done nothing but denied my mom the right to sell the place, or change locks.. the fucking tenant can stay there for free..

If I could sue the court I would... I can't believe it takes up to a year to get someone evicted. Apparently the tenant is always right until proven otherwise...

thanks, is there a shot or preventative measure for that that is as simple as a shot? considering how young they are can they get that? a shot i mean?

tell your landlord you can't sleep good at night because all you hear is her crack pipe sizzling along side between hearing her loud music and profanity

weve tried all of that and more, well except for saying we hear her crack pipe sizzling, we have the cops here at least every one week or 2 weeks, the cops are very familiar with her but the landlords dont seem to give a shit as long as she pays her rent

I'd rather live in a carboard box than that situation. That sounds horrible....I'd say throw parties at her house that the cops keep coming and giving the landloard tickets....enough noise violations and that whore will be out on the street :thumbsup .....at which point she'll probably just start hanging around the neighborhood...getting high...banging on your door....

I had a landlord open my doors when I was gone for a weekend and all my stuff was stolen, even my daughters baby crib, clothes etc. after everything was gone he claims he thought i moved out and signed a lease to someone else.. mine was over but i was living there month to month.. I got no idea why he did that, and at the time i was a bum all i did was threaten to do the same to his house.. thou i didnt know where he lived.

i would as well but i cant have my kids live in a cardboard box

shit dude, i know what yor saying, 2 weeks before my wife gave birth to our second child cody we had our house cleaned out, literally, big screen tv, clothes, food, even our couches, they even took my wifes maternity bag that you take to the hospitol, but because we pay $150 a month for rent, all inclusive we wont move, and is really a kick ass nice place, normally you would pay 1k ofr a place like this

we just want her out, we have run out of ideas
