i got a speeding ticket..
 

cop was saying that i was doing 40 in 30 zone, ROFL fucking moron pig motherfucker, some young highway patrol who was bored sitting in his cop car, decided to pull me over. when i requested a printout he told me he will give it to me in court ;) what a fucking joke...

should i plea not guilty ? or just fuck it and pay it and get 2 points ?

if you have the feeling you are right and he has no proof then go to court.

I got a ticket 2 weeks ago.. said they got me from an airplane

Get a lawyer, if he is required to give you a print-out, you might be alright.

10 over, if your only have like one other ticket on your record, you'll get driving school anyways, i just spent 8 hours in one, its not bad, hot chicks (guess the cops like pulling over hot teen girls).....like 10 breaks of 15 mins each, & an hour for lunch

then they give you the answers to your test on the board lol

mine was a 20 over btw, & 2nd time i was able to get outta a ticket in 2 years with driving school

i got 0 points, i had one ticket few years back 99 in 50 i ended up paying alot of money to a lawyer, but he got me out of it.

If you feel that its out of procedure or the guy is on a power trip--fuck him... see him in court.

Do not waste the money on a lawyer. Go to court, and that gets him paid, and you have a 50/50 chance of him not showing up. If he does not show, it is dismissed for lack of prosecution.
