Reputable website to purchase Panama corp?

I'm trying to collect research on purchasing a Panamanian corporation online. Not a website with just info, but a website where one can select the corp type and pay. Obviously there's searching, but who wants to go with whoever bid the most?

Who did you use? How did you choose? Do you trust them? Would you recommend them? (Negative feedback also appreciated.)

Trust me, stop looking :) Mata Pitti are worth every penny (and they're not even that expensive to begin with)

didnt a bunch of bad stuff happen with panamanian corps a few years ago?

Offers zero protection. I doubt its worth the $ it will cost you to set up.

Not to mention when the IRS finds out about it, which they will, you can expect an audit.

I had a very lengthy talk with my accountant and attorney this morning and to be honest, I was really discouraged from going offshore. I was really leaning towards going offshore but after hearing their advise, I wouldn't consider it anymore.

Did they talk about other companies doing it (moving offshore) and having bad experiences?

Yes, usually my accountant is the aggressive one and attorney is the conservative one, today they both agreed that going offshore would not be worth the aggrevated headaches. Simply setting up offshore bank accounts is not enough to satisfy the Canadian government that you're an offshore company. I'd need to setup multiple business functions and hire staff to maintain a remote office and simply going through a law firm to maintain such an "image" would not suffice. I was shown many examples of full audits and the cases they showed presented actual jail time for tax evasion. I'll pay the increased tax rates :)

I looked into it too. It gets ugly doing it from the US too.

unless you plan to live in that country you are asking for big trouble

Offshore is a pain in the ass, but a necessary pain in da ass for some.

Yup, a lot of people set it up for really cheap but if they get caught, its not a pretty picture...

Panama is still a great jurisdiction for legit corporate structures.. what the hell are you guys talking about. Obviously criminals will get caught one way or another, but why assume the thread starter is looking for a tax evasion solution?

I'm not assuming so, I've just seen cases prosecuted where the government made the accusation of tax evasion because opening a marketing office for example in a remote country didn't justify sufficient need to be considered an offshore business.
