I am in California, i am a loan officer, we work with over 750 lenders. We're a private broker.
Nofx, icq me at 237842929

See? It's always California.

CA is in a feeding frenzy with loan guys looking for leads right now. I spent time at Ditech in 2003, was in the top 5 there for volume out of say 400 at that time, and had a very porn-like annual income, believe me. Left the industry out of boredom and the brutal hours, and had no desire to free-lance in a broker office.

Eventually rates will begin to climb, home appreciation will slow, and that the industry will lose 60%+ of its volume today. Every broker say they'll still be around when that happens, but you know how that goes... :)

You in Orange County Chaldoray? I bet I know people you work with.

Dude, you don't want those leads.
The problem with most LO's is they don't want to spend any money. Go for quality and will see a nice return.
