It's easy to convert, you just have to spend 10 minutes figuring it out. It's worth it.

E-gold.com does seem to be the most popular.

Also keep in mind that some digital currencies are a complete scam. Keep your eyes open and try to always move your gold back to e-gold if you happen to use little-known systems. E-Bullion is also one of my favorites, and GoldMoney as well.
