I have made $165 this month from redirecting stolen password traffic to a fake members section with active x crap all over it.

Something very satisfying about that.

And how am I going to fuck over the password sites? Sue them? I don't have that kind of dough.

By fucking over the surfer, hopefully I'm scaring people off from password sites and thus fucking over the webmaster, while at the same time making a few sheckles.

Think about it, when you send the surfer over to a nice 404 (or somethign else) instead where he doesn't get access and he keeps getting this over and over again he might think fuck it I am going to just signup instead.

The way you are doing it is you are scaring them away from the pw site yes, but you will also scare them away from "normal" porn and they will become even more scared to get their cc's out.

Remember this is just my vision on it, you are thinking short term imo ;)))

actually your wrong by fucking over the surfer means he'll never goto your site again he has the password site bookmarked so he visits its daily to get porn, on the other hand if you played it right and redirected to a sponsor you could milk the site for free traffic and make $$ you can make anywhere between 3-10k off that traffic monthly if ya do it right

Well that was the point of this thread, I AM making money off of them by doing this, but not 3-10k per month lol.

I am just using a sponsor that most definitely pisses surfers off with active-x pops.

If you want to make money of password stealers, surfers from countries that'll never ever make you a dime, hotlinkers, leechers etc. try Make Them Cry and ask for the non standart dialer.

Just redirect all the crap traffic to a site with links to FHGs and use one of the iframes that'll either install dialer, toolbar or both in the background without any user interaction.

Do you really care about some iranian surfer that sucks your bandwidth but will never make you a single dollar?

Do you care about chinese hotlinkers that are actually fucking you over or at least trying to?

I disagree. Password guys know that they are likely to hit the 404 more then get in. By actually screwing with them they are less likely to go to password sites. then they are more likely to pony up and pay for the full inside and safe experience.

Also if you had been inside multiple paysites, I doubt you would ever purchase a membership.

I still say that screwing them isn't the way to go.
I've heard lots of paysite owners submit passes themselfs to get some eyes on the memberarea to get the surfer to signup to get a full pass, do they also fuck over the surfers cause the traffic sucks?

Man, you are so wrong about that. There are people creating fake member's areas to lure these people from password sites into signing up, and it works. Fucking them over with activex installs to make a few bucks each month is just stupid when you could be making some real money out of 'em.

The average paysite does not do much for me so it was more personal.

Spyware ruins peoples lives. Newbie surfers call me all the time to help them get rid of the shit.

Yeah I hear you allthough I must say that more and more memberaeras I visit (from clients) are looking way better than a few years ago. People actually start to think about retentions instead of the signup like lots of (big) programs use dto do (and some stilldo ofcourse) ;)))

PW sites will never go away I think, they have been around for quit some time and won't go away any time soon imo. Just try to make profit out of it instead of fucking over the surfer ;)))

Because I truly just do NOT know, I am going to try out what you are saying and see if that works better.

Right now I have a fake-version (non-linked thumbs, etc) of my members section with a big message at the top saying "attention members, in order to optimize your viewing experience you MUST click on "Yes" when prompted. If you already clicked "No" and the site is not working properly, simply reload this page and then click "Yes"".

It seems to work pretty well.

For the month of July I will create a fake members section where say the first 10 image-links work, and the rest go to a page saying "Your account has expired! Click here to renew your account at the special members-only rate of $9.95!!"

I will bump this thread in a few weeks and let you know which one has made me more money. If anyone has any suggestions on better ways to capitolize off of this traffic, lemme know and I will add it to my experiment.

The surfers on psw sites don't really give a fuck about joining a paysite . They deserve to get some spyware

Then why are paysite owners getting their sites listed?

Visitors of the Hun (or any tgp/linklist/freesite) seem to be a bunch of freeloaders too, but they seem to still join some sites every now and then ;)))

Maybe paysite owners get listed because they're the only ones who CAN get listed (due to the nature of a password site) ... and then once they get the traffic they just fuck it over to make easy money?

This was posted some time before.

First of all get a geo-ip redirect script and send all the non-us/non-uk/EU sufers to spyware and popup/dialer hell.

Then take the surfers that are U.S/UK/CAN and etc that you know will buy memberships and send them to a page like this.

Using the geo-ip script have them go to a 404 page that will pull up thier IP and nearest location.

Something like:

!!! Stolen Pass Alert!!!

Your IP: xx.xxx.xxx
And location:
City, State, Country
Have been detected by our mointoring scripts.
Hacking or using stolen passwords to reach a site is a federal crime and your actions will be reported.

To avoid any problems please BUY A NEW Pass or RENEW your old one.

I read in a thread a year back that this technique was doing really well for a lot of people.

And if the surfers thinks he is too smart for that, let him exit your site and then exit pop him with sypware/dialer hell.

Be smart, use PasswordByPhone ...

Some of those leechers simply have no CreditCard and no good option to get access. This will give them a fair chance and make you money as well.

Give it a try, it will certainly make you money and those freeloaders might turn over to paying customers, cause they have a chance to pay now.
