Getting rid of the new message icon in outlook express
 

I am getting too much spam and the new message icon is popping up every minute. This is annoying especially when I am viewing sexually explicit newsgroups :upsidedow How do i get rid of it?

damn those spams, my other pc got spywares. :(

dont use that crappy outlook, use a good email program like eudora ( www.eudora.com )

sure you have to pay for it, but its only like 40$ or so.

I am used to outlook express and its on every computer with windows so it's easy to check my email when traveling, at a internet cafe, etc.

Any other comments on eudora? I will look into them for my main computer
