Booked my flight to Croatia today
 

Anyone going to be in or around Split, Croatia between July 20 and 26? Let me know.

Correctly i will be in Zagreb, Plitvica and other parts of Croatia in circle 200 km

I live in Hawaii 8 months a year, then in Michigan for the summer and travel to Europe at least once in between there. So technically I am flying to Europe from Michigan. I go to Europe cause I like it there a lot, never been to Croatia yet though, so this will be a first.

I am going to Croatia from Germany with a few friends, one of their girlfriends' dad lives in Croatia, so we're staying at his place. As far as hotels Hilton, Starwood Hotels (Westin, Sheraton, W, etc.) and most other nicer hotels offer wireless. Lufthansa also offers on board wireless access on transatlantic flights. :thumbsup

I love the Italien (Portofino) and the French Riviera (Nice, Cannes, Monaco) ... from my own experience it is not always easy to find hotels with high speed internet access, especially in countries like Croatia.

We will be in Dubrovnik between July 10 and August 4.

Why are you going to Split?? Only city worth visiting in Croatia is Dubrovnik and that's because it's expencive. Rest of the country is cheap and have to many tourists from East Europe. Do you really want to watch 10 Bulgarians on the beach, shareing one beer?

I was in Zagreb in March, drove up the coast a little too. Very beautiful country.

I will be flying into Frankfurt the 18th, going to Croatia on the 20th, returning to Frankfurt on the 26th, going to Amsterdam and hopefully Romania shortly after that. And if those 10 Bulgarians are hot broads, then yes.

Pa zato sto nije istina da je Dubrovnik jedino vrijedno posjetiti. Ima dovoljno mjesta za posjetiti a jos nisam nigdje vidio da 10 ljudi pije jedno pivo :1orglaugh

A sto se Dubrovnika tice ne privlaci me nesto previse. Nekako mi je to za mirni odmor za ljude od 40+. Ok opet ne bi isao u Split ali ima se gdje otici ;)

My plan is to fly Frankfurt on 11th. Stay at the Sheraton at airport and on 12th fly to Bangkok . Then fly back on 26th. 28th back from Frankfurt to Zagreb.

Upravu si sto se tice Dubrovnika. Dosta je mirno ali se ipak ima sta raditi ako hoces. Plus sto ima dosta prelijepih njemica :)

Nisam htjeo da kazem da je ciljela Hrvatska sranje. Ali Split nije bas neki grad gdje bih ja izabrao da idem na odmor. Zivio sam u Splitu godinu dana pa znam kako je. A druga mjesta juzno od Splita (Makarska itd.) su jos gora.

Flight is from bangkok on 26th but i'm in Frankfurt on the 27th at 7pm i think. Gonna stay at a friends house for a day then fly to Zagreb on 28th.

By the way Frankfurt is full of strip clubs ... Frankfurt = city of finance = tons of strip clubs :)
