Some directors do that and others do it quietly or with hand signals....or if the male talent is good enough, they know what position to fuck the girl in next.
I never talk in my videos. I would rather stop the camera and tell them what to do.

Unless you are shooting gonzo, there is generally more than one camera rolling. You simply do edits when the director (or anyone else starts speaking).

Basically, have all cameras change angles, and then resume shooting with 5-10 secs of the previous action, and then the correction/segue to keep things in sync during post-production.

I would assume they would edit it and make that few seconds a cut to a different angle or shot.

There are many ways to shoot. I actually script and storyboard most of what I shoot, especially if it is intended for DVD down the road.

I begin with a walk through, shooting stills that will be used on my web site, to help the actors get a sense of the action.

The male performers are the most difficult to deal with, because keeping wood on a set that is not gonzo in nature is easier said than done. Therefore, you quite often shoot as much plot prep as you can during the dedicated still session, then have the performers go at it, and then you interrupt them briefly for more stills during each position (most videos have 3-5 planned positions worked out in advance), and then you resume shooting and make the necessary edits in post-production.
