My 2257 plan... Sound ok?
Hi,
I mainly do AVS sites with about 100 photos per site. I usually buy one set for each AVS site so its usually only one or two models per site. This is my plan for the new 2257. Do you guys think i'll be ok if the dreaded inspection were to happen. Thanks! -Ok here is my plan for the small avs sites I own. Sound good or bad?- First I buy a content set from a 2257 compliant producer. He sends me the content, scan of photo ID, and copy of the model release. I keep a 2nd computer in my business that is only used for 2257 record keeping, nothing else. I create a folder on this computer which includes all the photos contained in the set. This folder also contains the photo ID of the performer and the model release. I also create a txt file in this folder that contains the URLs where these photos appear on the web. I name the folder the name of the performer so that once I have multiple folders I can sort them alphabetically by performers name. Do you think a "inspector" would be satisfied with this? I would also burn a CD backup of the records in case of computer problems. Anything i'm forgetting? preciate the help! |
