Today I have 3 sales from OC Cash, my traffic is converting at a current ratio of 1/83. For the month 1/657.

I got the signups on all different sites. One was MyFirstPornScene, one was BrazilBang and the last one was Thugs and Juggs.

I'll have to keep my eyes on the rebills.

i think they look like good sites... why don't they re-bill for you?

maybe give them suggestions as to what they could do to help make more money for you. i don't think affiliates speak up enough to the sponsors and are too quick to drop them without trying to fix the problem. :2 cents:

I did not drop them but the rebill is weak. notr sure if they do it but they need to let people access every site with their membership.

I see plenty of trial sales and hardly and rebills. Next!

We are constantly working on increasing the rebills and trial to fulls. Just 2 weeks ago we made it so if you join 1 site you get full access to that site and the rest of the sites are an upsell. It increased rebills by 10%. Now we are putting everything in a CMS with a slicker members area. We are expecting another 10% with that.

We avoided "the only 2 clips" limited trials that some programs are using to get the trial to full up to 40%-50% becasue, it is my opinion, that while you may get 40%-50% to convert to full -- you pissed off the other 50%-60% and they will never join your site again. We look at the long term.

Remember, you can always push with the non-trial option if you are not happy with the trial to full.

Thanks. I have a stat counter on it. I don't have much traffic right now, I was trying Adwords but it seems I can only break even on Adwords costs. I haven't really tried any other traffic, I get a little from my TGP but it's pretty much dead. Anyway I make my money off mainstream so this is mostly just a hobby for me.

When I buy adwords I just skip the middle page and send it straight to the sponsor - a PPS on preferably.

And looking at the current month, I'd say OC Cash will again be one of my top performers. One of my favorite new programs.

Way to go Jay. Doing a stats remote of the last 2 weeks looks like I can see the change. Do they access the other sites or you just offer them to buy it? You might want to consider the lightspeed or nastydollars model and see if rebills go nuts.

Good sites overall but they load slow as hell [for me].

Occash is one of my BEST sponsors. I'll make a killing IF they served the $30-$35 PPS. But the reason I push them so hard is because I needed a HEAVY hitting sponsors where I can stack rebills. Now, the question I have for the occash reps is uhhmmmmm, we do get paid for monthly rebills (60% cut) as long as the surfer we send stays a member?

I'm kinda sidetracked with these aforementioned comments about rebills...

Are they slow for anyone else? if this is the case, we spent a lot of money to get them as fast as possible.

Actually, giving members access to everything wound up to not work out so well. They were downloading everything they could and canceling before the 2 day trials ended.

We changed to the limited trials and saw a 10% jump from trial to full -- which is half the battle when it comes to rebills, once we get the cheap ass trial hoppers off the trials and on the mothly -- we tend to keep them. We've looked at enough data now to know this was the right move.

Once we get the V2 members area done, only DRMed content will be downloadable, so we will have no more raping and pillaging for $2.95.

We update weekly and we have one of the best exclusive content deal anyone in the industry has. The sites you see now are only the tip of the iceberg.

I've had people hack TGP scripts and put shit in, but never a server. If true, that's pretty crazy.

You say you're looking at the long term, but IMO, DRMing your content will piss off your members more than anything.

Edit: btw, is only the content in your trial section DRMed? Or is all the downloadable content DRMed, including the content for monthly members?

FYI: Nothing is DRM'ed. In the future, the downloadable stuff may be -- that is only if it can work for us.

DRM does not work - it pisses members off in a big way.

intresting point about the limited trials, but it's not like the webmaster who sends you the trial in the first place is going to get credit if the surfer decides to join up later
