There are infrared setting on some cameras that can make the clothes somewhat transparent, But I read that someone went to jail for photos like that. Not becasue of shooting them in public, but becasue the person has a reasonable right to privacy UNDER thier clothing.

yeah but I think that only works with bathingsuits.. or wet bathingsuits... and bringing your video camera at the beach makes you look like a perv quite frankly.. unless its springbreak or something...

"Reasonable expectation to privacy" is the terminology. Yes you are right. You can't shoot xray vision content in public legally like you can with a normal cam. All XrayHunter hunter content is shot with models on the beach and made to look as real and unstaged as possible. I am pretty sure I have succeded in doing that by the emails I get.
