Trump BUYS Guatanamo Bay Prison!
After seeing the following picture of a Guatanamo prison cell:
http://us.news3.yimg.com/us.i2.yimg....ess_xhg108.jpg Donald Trump buys it for 15 million dollars. New York Times: Trump was arrogant and smirked as he said he was moving the prison to New York city. Rubbing his hands together in greed Trump blurted "I can get $550 a month for these units in Manhattan". He was immediately shot and kill by an innocent by stander who claimed to be one of Trumps tenants but later turned out to be a rival landlord who was out bid by Trump for the Guatanamo cells. :1orglaugh |
good stuff :1orglaugh

An apartment that size in Manhattan would bring in more than $500.

lol funny

On a serious note, the USA leases that land from Cuba for only $4,085 per year!!!!! The lease was made pre-Castro and Castro still refuses to acknowledge it is there and has yet to cash a single check written to Cuba from the USA for the lease.
No one is sure what is going to happen when the lease is up but many speculate the USA will just stay put against the will of Castro (typical US government behavior). If I remember correct, it was a 99 year lease and signed in the 1930's. |

Truth is I would pay $550 a month for that shit in Manhattan any fucking day. Infact I would pay $750 if it was on the west side. No shit man! In the '80s I was shown worst shit than this for $800 and there was a fucking line to see it. What? No kitchen? That's the fucking norm! Share bathroom? Been there. Bath tub in kitchen hooked up to faucet? A dream unit in the village. |

I'll tell you one thing, if they do change and the US drops the trade and travel ban, Cuba is not going to know what hit 'em. Think about this for a second... the have not really evolved since Kennedy was in office. Your eyes would fall out of your head if you could see all the antique cars, furniture and artwork that these people have. They are literally sitting on a goldmine. I collect Cuban art and always sneak it back into the US. I have already made a killing selling some of it off in private sales. I can't WAIT until I can legally bring it back in bulk. I'll also say that THE DAY Cuba will allow me to own property there, not only will I buy that shit up like mad, but I will move there as quick as I can get there. Havana is my favorite city on earth. |
It's missing "the view"!
|
lol. say my regards to the by stander..

It'd funny cause it's true.
