Holland law doesn't require him to keep 2257 records, it's pretty much impossible for America to force it's laws in Europe. The worst they can do is let the Holland authorities know about a possible cp case. It's the sponsors you need to worry about if you are not 2257 compliant.

Doesn't this law work in reverse? You are guilty, unless you show documents proving you are not?

They can't, and that's the good news about all this 2257 crap. They will not have the manpower, resources or permission to do international inspections.

Though your going to get 1000 people here who disagree and tell you that you must comply or they will shut your sites down, yadda, yadda, yadda... Ask an attorney in your country who specializes in international law, he will laugh at all of this.

You will have to be inspected before you can be found in violation of 2257. I highly doubt your country will be doing them any favors to let them inspect your paperwork, or to do it for them. The US has enough problems chasing real criminals around the world because of laws and treaties. Though they want the world to think they are, in reality they are not Team America. (FUCK YEA!)

One of the problems is that the US is NOT chasing real criminals. They are allowing them to make law. just for instance.

The Catholic church is guilty of more crimes against children than MOST of the people on this board. Do you see any laws that stop the problems?
