I do not drink much anymore, so it is a lot lower now.
I'd say it depends on how fast I drink, if I am eating, WHAT I am eating (pizza, salad, etc), and so forth. I'd say now a days, prolly 6-8 Bud Ice if I had to guess before it because naptime.. lol
