The subsequent "War On Terror" certainly took up resources that would have been used to rein in the Internet. How far do you think they planned (or plan) to go? Will all activity be driven out of the U.S. due to fear of prosecution?

The problem which those in power as soon as they have depleting support - they will run to a range of easy targets to muster support in the population. "Attacking" CP and the porn industry is near the top of the list. The odd irony about this interest in reducing CP is that they have never instigated an action under the original 2257 - that's how of a real interest they have in this. Yea, agree! There was a failing in the Admin prior to 9/11 and they were getting no place with reduced polls.
