are FSC members really covered?
 

Ok looks like if you are a FSC member you are covered but then my buddy points this paragraph out

I feel really sorry for those of you who have to deal with this.

i dont think it will help you in court...

"oh judge im sorry.. i am breaking a law but i am in the FSC"

think s/he will care? i think not.

you're supposed to be compliant as of june 23rd. they won't do any inspections or prosecutions on FSC members until 30 days after the injunction ruling (aug 1st). if the court rules against the injunction, they can bring down the hammer immediately on all infractions as of June 23rd.

I think that they will bring down the hammer when ever they are damn good and ready.
