Censored doesn't cut it. That's specifically addressed in the regs.

If its not cropped out from a sexually explicit scene you are fine

topless is even fine and nude as long as they are not touching themselves in a sexual way and no pink is showing:2 cents:

otherwise you need 2257 docs

How would they know if the pic has been cropped?

not sure but why take any chances...
